This week, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld state laws that ban transgender athletes from school sports teams that correspond with their gender identity. Four days before the ruling, transgender activists and their allies at the San Francisco Trans March used their annual platform to educate the public, sign up citizen lobbyists and rally against discriminatory laws.

Just kidding.

Instead, the SF Trans March was hijacked by obnoxious antisemites who went on an old fashioned Jew Hunt, that would have made the Russian Czars proud. They found their hapless target in California State Sen. Scott Wiener. An unhinged mob formed around the shellshocked politician, hurling epithets and spewing hate while demanding he leave the event–one he had attended annually to show his support for two decades. Is this how a sizable chunk of the trans movement treats a long-time ally because they don’t like his religion? According to Wiener:

A group of people in Dolores Park, where the march began, “began screaming at me, ran up to me, surrounded me, and began harassing me, both verbally and physically, including physical contact,” Wiener said in a statement Saturday.

“They made statements about my ‘Israeli handlers,’ among many other inaccurate, extreme, and vile statements,” he said. “They were so physically and verbally aggressive that it was impossible for me to safely remain in the park.”

I’m deeply offended by the raw, unadulterated, bigotry and exclusionary antics–which are supposed to be anathema to the values the LGBTQ Community stands for. But I am even more disgusted by the ass backward priorities of those who purport to be trans activists. Over the past five years (2022–2026), more than 3,100 anti-transgender bills have been introduced across U.S. state legislatures and in Congress, with over 340 successfully passing into law. Yet, these useless idiots in SF spent their precious time and financial resources harassing Jewish allies and chanting slogans about Palestinians.

This deviant, cult-like behavior can only be described as the worst form of “escapism”.  The transgender community is losing badly at home and treated like a political piñata–yet many in their ranks have the arrogance and temerity to shift their gaze to a war abroad. The Jews and Arabs have been fighting since biblical times. The modern conflict began at end of the 19th Century. The bizarre idea that caterwauling bands of transgender activists would have any impact whatsoever on a war 7,400 miles from San Francisco is fanciful and narcissistic. It smells of unearned self-importance–while these same failed activists can’t even mount a respectable self-defense in the United States. That they are pissing away community funds on aiding and abetting the PR war of Hamas–a group that abuses, imprisons and murders transgender people–makes this embarrassing spectacle at Mission Dolores Park even more farcical.

Finally, the Jew-bashing is easier that doing the hard work of educating and winning legal and political battles. The lazy transgender hatemongers (and straight “queer” co-conspirators) who participated in the Wiener episode are trying to elevate themselves by scapegoating another minority. But that will not lift up the trans community–only drag down everyone, like crabs in a boiling pot of water. Given their dire situation at home–every transgender activist who is squandering donor money and time on extraneous issues that don’t have to do with trans rights should be purged from their organizations. If they can’t prioritize their own families, community, and themselves, at a time of record discrimination–it is time to replace them with those who can.
